Intercom Systems

The GDS3705 was built for users looking for a strong audio-only facility access and security monitoring solution that can be deployed in environments of all sizes. This audio door system features dual microphones and HD loudspeaker with advanced AEC to offer intercom functionality, can support SIP calls to IP phones and has a built-in RFID chip reader and keypad for secured keyless or key entry. The GDS3705 comes equipped with a zinc alloy metal casing, making it weatherproof and vandal resistant and offers alarm-in and alarm-out support for integration with existing security devices. The GDS3705 integrates with Grandstream's free management utility software, GDS Manager, allowing RFID card information, as well as the device itself to be fully managed by this software. Thanks to its integration with other Grandstream endpoints like the GXP IP phones, GXV video phones, and GS Wave mobile app, the GDS3705 offers a complete end-to-end solution for access control, audio intercom, and security needs.

Channel Select Switch
Used to switch between intercom channels one and two. The switch lights green for channel one and red for channel two.

Intercom Listen Key
Both momentary (push-to-listen) and latching (hands-free listen) are possible.

Call Key
Used to send call signals on the intercom channel and to indicate incoming calls.

Intercom Talk Key
Both momentary (push-to-talk) and latching (hands-free talk) are possible. Additionally, the WM-1000 / WM-2000 have a feature called "mic kill receive" which lets an operator at a remote master station (such as the US-2002) turn off the talk key.

Dynamic-Mic Headset Connector
4-pin male XLR connector accepts headsets with monaural headphones and either a balanced or unbalanced dynamic microphone.

Volume Control
Adjusts intercom volume to headset.

Audiocom / Clear-Com Selector Switch
The selector switch sets the intercom station for compatibility with either Audiocom or Clear-Com channel connector pin-outs, channel power requirements, and call signaling requirements.

Configuration DIP switches
DIP switches are provided to enable/disable the following features: Call Beep: An optional call beep tone can be used for incoming call notification. Headset Microphone Type Selection: Balanced or unbalanced microphone may be selected. DC Call Enable: This may be turned on to use the intercom station with intercom systems that use DC call signaling.

Connections Terminal Block
Used to connect intercom channel(s) and an optional local power supply.

Sidetone Trimmers
These are used to adjust the level of the station operator's own voice in the headphones.

Mounting Holes
The mounting holes fit any standard, two-gang electrical box

The TR-82N is a two-channel Narrow Band UHF frequency-agile wireless beltpack for use with the BTR-80N. The TR-82N is a dual listen beltpack, allowing you to listen to "Tech" in one ear and "Production" in the other. Individual volume controls also allow for easy level adjustment. The TR-82N also features an all-metal cast magnesium case, and LCD based graphical user interface, receiver RF meter, stage announce activation, wireless talk around (ISO) activation, enhanced ClearScan, detachable antennas and an auto-sensing headset connector that automatically switches between electret and dynamic headset mics.
