Advantech ADAM-4000 series Digital remote data acquisition and control systems

The ADAM-4000 series is a set of intelligent sensor-to-computer interface modules containing built-in microprocessor. They are remotely controlled through a simple set of commands issued in ASCII format and transmitted in RS-485 protocol.

The 4000 series provide signal conditioning, isolation, ranging, A/D and D/A conversion, data comparison, and digital communication functions. Some modules provide digital I/O lines for controlling relays and TTL devices

ADAM-4080/4080D Counter/frequency input module has two 32-bit counter input channels (counter 0 and counter 1) with built-in programmable timer for frequency measurement. These cost-effective modules let you monitor counter/frequency data as measurements are taken.

The ADAM-4520I (RS-232 to RS-422/485 converter) is designed more rugged than previous models which have wider operating and storage temperatures, can accept a wider power input, and have excellent anti-noise design.
