The monitor's space-saving body has a depth of 230 mm, which is 15 mm thinner than a previous model, all while housing a large 27-inch screen. Furthermore, it uses an IPS (in-plane switching) panel with 178° viewing angles that minimizes color and contrast shift when viewed from the side for a clear view.

The EV2760 implements EIZO's proprietary EcoView technologies, which cut power consumption by as much as 50% compared to displaying at maximum brightness and help to eliminate eyestrain when viewing the monitor for long periods.
