High Output Indoor/Outdoor Background/Foreground Speaker

The Control® 28-1 is a two-way 8" speaker with rich sonic character, wide coverage, consistent coverage, versatile mounting, and a contemporary high-design look that fits into a wide range of decors, This makes Control 28-1 an excellent choice for a wide variety of applications, including retail stores, restaurants, health clubs, theme parks, educational facilities, hospitality, music cafes, leisure venues, and anywhere where a top quality high-output indoor/outdoor foreground/background music (and/or paging) speaker is required.

The Control 47C/T is a premium in-ceiling professional loudspeaker designed for applications that require extremely wide bandwidth along with very consistent coverage.

Featuring JBL's exclusive conical Radiation Boundary Integrator (RBI), the RBI provides a large waveguide for the tweeter while low-frequency sound projects through specially-designed apertures in the RBI, allowing for a seamless integration of coverage between the two coaxially-mounted drivers. The result is extremely consistent sound character with very little variation throughout the listening space. The wide coverage allows for the use of fewer loudspeakers compared to speakers with less consistent coverage control, while at the same time providing better coverage of the area.

The Control 47HC features a narrow 75° coverage pattern ideal for use in highly reverberant spaces and high ceiling applications. This focused pattern helps minimize sound reflecting off of room surfaces as well as, time arrival anomalies from adjacent loudspeakers resulting in improved speech intelligibility. The Control 47HC features the same sonic character the Control 47C/T and is ideal for busy transit centers or large convention center spaces.

The 150 Watt (600 Watt peak) Control 50S/T subwoofer contains a high-power, long-excursion, 200 mm (8 inch) driver which features an extremely robust high-mass cone for extended low frequency response, a 38 mm (1.5 in) 4-layer copper voice coil for high motor strength, an aluminum former for good transient response, and a rubber half roll surround for enhanced bass performance.

JBL's Commercial Series Ceiling Speakers provide excellent performance for paging and background music applications. High sensitivity across the product line provides maximum sound level, even at low tap settings.
