RackSolutions' Fixed Heavy Duty Rack Shelf is built to withstand even the heaviest equipment in a server rack. The shelf's 1/8" steel construction helps give the shelf an impressive 500 lbs (226 kgs) weight capacity and a depth of 28 inches (711 mm). For even heavier equipment, a version with a 900 lb (226 kgs) weight capacity is available. The extra heavy-duty version of this shelf uses stronger front and rear brackets that better spread the load of the shelf. Our heavy-duty rack shelves can be installed into racks with square, round, or threaded holes in EIA standard 2Post relay racks. They are ideal for equipment like large switches, UPSes and more.

The RackSolutions fixed rack shelf is compatible with 19" server racks from manufacturers such as Dell, HP, and IBM. This rack shelf can be installed into racks with square, round or threaded holes. Rackmount equipment weighing up to 150 lbs can be installed when mounted in a 4 post rack. We offer 20" and 24" deep models that support mounting depths up to 25" and 30". The shelf can be center mounted or flush mounted in a 2 post rack.

RackSolutions has custom-designed the most adjustable switch shelf on the market. With the ability to slide down to 6.3" and slide back out to 11.4" , this shelf has the capability to adjust to your equipment dimensional needs. Because this shelf is interchangeable with a variety of switches and routers, we constructed it from 16 GA steel to withstand the wear and tear of reusing our shelf over and over. This shelf is equipped with a tray built-in for your power bricks and cords to rest on. Also included is a hook-and-loop strip to prevent your cords from sticking out or hanging below your shelf. The Rack Solutions Wide Equipment Universal Server Rack Rails come in either 1U or 2U sizes, with weight capacities of 45 and 75 pounds, respectively. The universal rails are designed to replace OEM rails included with Apple, HP, IBM and Dell server racks, providing a flexible solution for damaged server rack rails or OEM slide rails. The product is designed to support a variety of server racks, and is compatible with setups requiring standard square, rounded and threaded holes. To further its compatibility with various different devices and server racks, the rail rack supports mounting depths between zero and 31.5 inches. The server rack rail ships with a variety of complementary items and hardware to make assembly, installation and cable management easier. Hardware items include screws, cage-nuts and nuts for all rack types. A cable management bar is also included to assist with routing, and hook-and-loop strips come included to keep cords secure. Overall, the all-purpose, zinc plated, fixed Universal Server Rack Rails can meet the needs of a variety of server installation solutions, allowing data centers to replace their OEM rails with a high-quality, reliable system.
