Cable Extenders

The ComNet CopperLine® Ethernet over copper line supports up to sixteen channels of 10/100Mbps Ethernet with Pass-through PoE over twisted pair cable (CAT-5, UTP), or over coaxial cable. The single channel units may be powered by a PoE switch or the included power supply. Four, eight, and sixteen channel units operate from local power. These units provide the ultimate flexibility for extending a powered device (PD) over long distance copper. DIP switches are provided for user-selection of local or remote, 10 or 100Mbps, and 1 pair or 4 pair (UTP) settings.

The ComNet™ Value CLEK41EOC features four remote 10/100 Mbps singlechannel units and a single four-channel local unit in a pre-packaged kit. Perfect for applications that face density challenges. The four-channel units will fit into any ComNet product rack. The four individual small-sized remote units can be placed up to 1,200 feet (400 meters) from the four channel local unit. Power supplies included. A DIP Switch allows configurable selection of 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps speed these units are simple to install. This CopperLine® Value kit provides five units with power supplies.

The ComNet CopperLine Ethernet-over-coax minis are an ultra-small form factor addition to the ComNet CopperLine product family. These miniature remote units provide 10/100 Mbps Ethernet data over extended distance coaxial cable, up to 1,200 feet (400 meters). The mini CopperLine units will allow extended distance over copper to be used in standard applications where space is extremely limited. A DIP Switch allows configurable selection of 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps speed these units are simple to install. This CopperLine Value kit provides two units with power supplies.

Tested to work with the entire line of Mimo Monitors USB displays, The Mimo USB Port Extender 102 is a two port USB 2.0 high speed extension solution, enabling USB 2.0 connections at up to 480Mbps over 100m/330ft of Cat 5e cabling. Most importantly, The Mimo USB Extender Adapter 102 delivers the standard 500mA USB power over the Cat 5e extension link to the two-port remote hub, eliminating the need to locate the remote USB devices near an AC power outlet and greatly increasing the ease of deployment for USB extension in industrial, medical, commercial and other applications.

The Mimo USB port extender does not require special software drivers. To the OS, it installs and operates as a USB hub. A true plug-and-play solution, the Mimo USB Extender 102 is compatible with all leading operating systems. In addition to supporting our line of displays, the Mimo USB Extender 102 supports all other USB 1.1 and 2.0 devices and protocols - Control, Interrupt, Bulk and Isochronous - making it is ideal for high-speed web cams, hard drives, printers, scanners, audio devices, digital cameras and game controllers.

System delivers power to remote hub over Cat 5 extension link simplifying installation and eliminating the need for AC power close to the remote unit.

Avocent USB6000 is a high performance USB extender that enables you to locate your critical computing hardware away from the user work station whilst maintaining the original user desktop experience. It can transmit USB 2.0 over a single CATx cable or via an 1 GB IP nework.

USB 2.0
Enables connection of any USB human interface device - from mice and keyboards through to touch screens, graphics tablets, jog shuttles, joysticks and 3D explorers. Mass storage devices and isochronous devices such as webcams and headsets can also be used.

Transparent Operation
Once connected, operation is totally transparent to the host system, the USB peripheral(s) and you, the user. There are no drivers to install and your USB devices work precisely as they did before; the only difference is that they are now up to 100 meters away from the host. There is no need for drivers or software to be installed.

Plug and Play
Avocent USB6000 extenders are delivered in a zero config state so you can plug the units in and start working with they straight away. When supplied as pairs, they are already synchronized, so they will located each other automatically over your network.

Integrated HMX Advanced Manager Control
The USB6000 can be controlled and switched via the HMX Advanced Manager or it can operate separately, as a point to point USB extender using a single length of CATx cable.

API
An API is available, supporting all functionality to which authorized 3rd party control systems can interface.

Support for Audio Devices
With Isochronous support the USB6000 will work with USB microphones and headsets as well as web cams.
