This is an OS1 fiber optic adapter, used in fiber optic links to provide cable-to-cable fiber connection. Specifically, this adapter has two female ST connectors on one side and two female ST connectors on the other. This provides a connection between two ST male and two ST male SMF fibers utilizing the OS1 standard.
